Uday brings nearly five decades of leadership, business management and organisational experience. He leads India operations, corporate development, partner coordination and market expansion, providing the commercial and operating foundation for Viltrix’s growth.
He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.

Satish Pethkar
Technology, software platforms and AI systems
Satish is a senior technology leader with more than 13 years of experience designing and delivering enterprise web applications, data driven systems and scalable software platforms across banking, media, enterprise SaaS and AI enabled technical applications.
At Viltrix, Satish supports technology architecture and delivery across software products, data systems and applied AI. His experience includes API driven platforms, full stack application development, structured data ingestion, workflow automation and production deployment.
He has contributed to Jarvis platform development for NeuMod Labs, including structured data ingestion workflows, API integrations and web interfaces supporting AI driven knowledge retrieval and engineering applications.
